At an altitude of 650 meters, we welcome you to our 60 m2 chalet, with its 2 bedrooms, it is ideal for families of up to 5 people.
In the heart of the Combe de Savoie in Saint-Pierre-d'Albigny, in the Bauges massif, you benefit from an exceptional panoramic view of the Belledonne chain, the Lauzière massif and the Arclusaz.
The 60m2 chalet consists of a ground floor and two floors. There is private parking within the property for 1-2 cars.

* A dining room equipped for 6 people and giving access to the south terrace. Spacious and bright space ideal for families.
* A kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, wine cellar.
You will also find small household appliances: toaster, kettle, Nespresso with capsules, hand blender, fondue maker, raclette/pierrade/crepe maker and cookéo.
* A living room with convertible sofa, coffee tables, television, Box, Netflix, board games and a PS4.
* 2 furnished terraces.
One east side with table for 6 people, parasol, 2 deckchairs and gas barbecue, you can organize a great barbecue with family or friends in a peaceful setting.
And one on the south side with garden furniture and parasol for having an aperitif facing the Combe de Savoie.
* A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, drying rack, clothespins, and laundry basket.
* A large private park with a 4 meter diameter trampoline for children, a playground, 1 swing and a smoby playhouse.
* You can enjoy a vegetable garden (salad, aromatic herbs, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, etc.). We also have chickens!
* You will certainly have a visit from our cats Arya and Lizzy. And you can say hello to Bulle our dwarf rabbit and Rose our guinea pig for the greatest pleasure of the children.

* All you have to do is pack your bags, sheets and towels are included. And the beds are made upon your arrival.
