This cottage ideally located in the Combe de Savoie is accessible to anyone with reduced mobility by a lift adapted for wheelchairs. The rooms are spacious and very bright. Sheets and towels are included. Possibility of on-site take-out sale of Thai and Savoyard dishes. A small lake 300 m away is an ideal place for walks in a rural and wooded setting. The house is located right next to the cellar of the owners, winegrowers from father to son.
Gite in the owner's house, with independent access from the outside (by a staircase or by a lift). Gite on 2 levels: 1st floor: entrance, living room-kitchen with lounge area, one PMR bedroom (accessible for people with reduced mobility - 1 standard double bed), bathroom (walk-in shower and WC). 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 3 double bed 1 x 2 cm each. Bathroom with toilet. All shutters are electric. Terrace of 160 m².
