Enjoy the Gaec du Val Gelon farm products on sale at the cheese shop: lamb meat, sheep's milk cheeses and yogurts, cured meats, sausages, merguez sausages and chorizos... Other local products are available on site ( wines, eggs).
The lambs are slaughtered, cut up and packaged by the local slaughterhouse in Beaufort, which has an approved laboratory. The sale is made in boxes (lamb or half-lamb). The cheese dairy was built in former agricultural premises. The milk is transformed into cheese every day (tomme, serac, p'tits frais, cinder logs, pyramids, brebletins, yoghurts, rice pudding, cheese puff pastries...). Sausages, merguez, sausages, and chorizos made from farm animals will also be offered.
Other points of sale of the farm exist: Farmer's side in Drumettaz, Saveurs de nos fermes in Gilly sur Isère and various dairy cooperatives in Bauges, Thônes and Beaufort.
