The hiking route that will take you to the Col du Champet at an altitude of 1745 m.
You will walk through the Bourget-en-Huile forest which has long been exploited for its mineral wealth, particularly iron ore. This path will take you to the Col du Champet, where you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Bauges, the Lauziére chain, La Maurienne, and the Chartreuse Natural Park. Follow the Red and White markings / GR738 to the Col du Champet - Then go down following the Yellow markings.
