About us

The old village house, located between lakes and mountains 10 minutes from Challes-les-Eaux, has been renovated and brought up to date. The enclosed garden, opposite the house, has been fitted out with a barbecue, swing, hammock... You will enjoy the charm of the countryside.

The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, stone grill, etc.), a small reading room. On the first floor are the bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and the TV lounge.
The 2nd floor has a bedroom with 2 single beds (with children's books) and a dressing room as well as a double bedroom.
Deckchairs and a table for 6 people complete the layout of the garden.

Towels are extra if needed. Outdoor children's games.
Baby equipment: potty, dishes and booster seat.

Les Marches is a wine-growing town in the heart of the vineyards, at the foot of the Chartreuse Massif and facing the Belledonne chain, near the Bauges Massif. Many cellars offer tastings.

A 3-minute walk away, Lac St André offers a magnificent view of Mont Granier, superb walks around the vineyards, passing from pontoon to pontoon to admire the local flora and fauna.

A 10-minute walk away is the center of the village where you will find all the amenities (bakery, restaurants, caterer, pharmacy and tobacconist, doctor's office).

The highway is 3 minutes away.
