About us
On a mid-mountain farm, three partners transform a whole range of specialties (oil, confectionery, biscuits) from their production (nuts, milk and honey). Store open Friday from 14:30 p.m. to 18 p.m.
In GAEC on a mid-mountain farm, three partners raise a herd of 45 Montbéliarde breed dairy cows and produce 7 hectares of “AOP Walnuts of Grenoble” walnut trees, an original crop for Savoie. The processing workshop has existed since 1997, where mainly nut-based specialties are produced. The products are made in the traditional way (jams cooked in a cauldron, etc.), with quality products (organic sugar, honey produced on the farm, etc.). The GAEC team would be happy to make you discover their specialties and make you enjoy their animals during visits.
All products are made entirely on the farm, with care: AOP walnuts "Noix de Grenoble" variety Franquette in sustainable cultivation, virgin walnut oil "1st cold pressing", walnut wine aperitif, milk jam, walnuts, cakes with nuts, nougats (to order), nougats with nuts and honey, old-fashioned milk caramels, praline nuts and macaroons filled with GAEC jams. Making gourmet baskets on demand.
