About Us
Passage on the upper Savoyard part of the route of the Tour des Bauges by bike. Along the greenway that guides you to Doussard, explore the pleasant destination of Sources du Lac. This penultimate step invites calm and contemplation.
The route goes through the Val de Chaise, bypassing the Dent de Cons, with beautiful viewpoints before reaching the Marlens lake. We arrive in Haute-Savoie on the territory of the Sources of Lake Annecy, whose – did you know – the rivers supply 60% of the surface waters of the latter. Stop at Faverges-Seythenex, to climb to the top of the impressive keep of the castle of Faverges overlooking 360° the surrounding valleys, including those of the Tamié, Marais and Epine passes. A few pedal strokes to reach Doussard, a must-see spot for free flight enthusiasts. Here we can treat ourselves to a paragliding or hang-gliding flight and set foot, or even more, in the fresh waters of Lake Annecy. Then the interpretation trails of the Bout du Lac d'Annecy nature reserve to discover the fauna and flora of this protected area also classified as geo-sites of the PNR of the Massif des Bauges.
