Winery located in the town of Myans and approved as an "educational farm".
Our philosophy: To be accessible to all, and to share with you convivial moments around our production.
The activity of the farm is mainly oriented towards viticulture, so that everyone can find happiness around a glass, we offer you our Savoie wines (white, red, rosé and sparkling wines: acquires AOC Cru Abymes, Jacquère AOC Cru Chignin, AOC Chardonnay, Roussane grape AOC Chignin-Bergeron, The traditional method, Rosé cuvée Laura, Red Cuvée Chloé);
but also our fruit juices (grape, apple/grape and sparkling grape).
For gourmands and gourmets, we recommend testing our jams and jellies made from grapes or wines.
Educational farm: "From the vine to the glass of little bubbles
The farm is a working winery. It is a way for young people to reconnect with nature, to understand the rural environment, to discover the living world, animals and plants. The farmers, in close collaboration with the teachers, offer educational materials to be included in an educational program illustrating the official instructions of the National Education. It is possible to carry out an educational project over the year, from kindergarten to college, in a cycle of visits, in connection with all disciplines: theme 'living the vine over a year' in 3 visits.
Educational objectives: Propose activities to discover the living world and natural and human spaces, to raise awareness of agricultural activity linked to the production and processing of animal and plant raw materials. Make the link between theoretical knowledge and reality often located in a close but unknown environment.
Educational workshops: the grape, the work of the winegrower, the work of the oenologist, the evolution of the profession of winegrower, reasoned culture. Possibility of prosecution in class.
Method: observation, description, participation in a culture or in the transformation of a product.
