Patricia and Emmanuel welcome you to their completely new 84 m² gîte, located a few kilometers from Chambéry and the Challes les Eaux thermal baths, very close to the Combe de Savoie vineyards.
Interior comfort with living and dining room equipped with sliding windows, fully equipped wooden kitchen, a toilet and a small laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x190), dressing room, and a children's bedroom with pull-out beds (140x90). Fully equipped bathroom and separate toilet.
A beautiful terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors as well as a large flat fenced garden. View of the Savoyarde and part of the Chaîne de Belledonne. Your car can be parked in the garage with entrance to the kitchen. Great ease of parking.
