Wines from organic and biodynamic farming, vinified without or with very few inputs
Domaine des Albatros is a vineyard anchored in family history and passion for viticulture and wine. For several generations our family cultivated a love of vines in Chignin and it was in 2023 that I returned to our land to found my estate, to produce vibrant wines while respecting the land.
The name "Albatross" is a nod to my travels, my love of the oceans and my deep attachment to nature. My vines are cultivated in organic and biodynamic agriculture. Gentle vinification and minimal, if any, use of inputs make it possible to produce authentic wines.
The Estate extends over 2,5 hectares, from the steep slopes at the bottom of the Chignin mountain, passing through its Château to the flats of the Combe de Savoie. It offers the richness of six grape varieties: Jacquère, Altesse, Roussane, Petite Arvine, Gamay, and Mondeuse.
At Domaine des Albatros, each sip tells a family story, a personal adventure and a promise of emotions.
