About us
In 1910, François Perceval created the operation on the slopes of the Combe de Savoie. More than a century later and having seen 4 generations of Perceval pass, the vineyard currently covers more than 50 hectares.
From this soil inherited from the gigantic collapse of the Mont Granier mountain, in November 1248, a vine with subtle and fresh scents was born. On these lands, the Perceval family cultivates both the tradition and the audacity of quality viticulture and respect for a job well done. The often manual harvest and ancestral methods preserve these nectars with round tannins, beautiful density and a fine and assertive character.
Pascal Perceval works today on his estate, in the French Alps, at the foot of Mont Granier. The average age of its vines varies from 30 years to more than 80 years.
A lover of the mountains and the lands that surround him, Pascal Perceval lives and breathes to the rhythm of his environment. This majestic setting nourished his imagination and gave him the inspiration necessary to chart his path, stubborn and daring. Its roots are those of a family that believes in the truth of the soil, in the beauty of the seasons, in the joy of beautiful and large tables. Difficult to conquer but generous, this terroir could only accept the energy and work of determined men for generations.
The teams develop quality wines with passion and consistency, faithful to their convictions. The greatest care is taken in maturing in traditional vatting for better aging.
Pascal Perceval, 4th generation of passionate winegrowers and owner of a magnificent estate in the heart of the French Alps, perpetuates and revisits the Savoyard tradition.
