Located in the heart of the Savoyard mountains, Domaine Ravier Philippe and Sylvain invites you to discover its friendly and warm cellar, the extraordinary diversity of its terroir and to taste its different cuvées.
Located in the town of Myans (10km south of Chambéry), Domaine RAVIER Philippe and Sylvain is a family estate. Philippe, descendant of a family of Savoyard winegrowers over several generations, has always had this passion for working the land and the vines. His path was traced from an early age. At the beginning of its activity, only 3 hectares were exploited, today the estate has more than 40 ha. This allows for a diversity of terroirs, wines and appellations.
In 2004, Sylvain his son joined the farm, together they share the same passion for their profession. Passion for wine, pride in a job well done and respect for the terroir are their priorities. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, the 40 hectares of vines extend over the clay-limestone slopes of the two emblematic mountains of Savoie, the "Mont Granier" and the "Savoyarde".
Diversified soils and exposures make it possible to obtain wines with very different and original characters. All the elements come together to produce mountain wines of the highest quality.
Launched on a dynamic of development, and aware of the demand in terms of activity around the vineyard, the estate undertook major works in 2014.
Today, Philippe and Sylvain Ravier are proud to share their passion and their know-how around tasting and cellar visit in an idyllic and friendly place in the heart of the Combe de Savoie.
