About Us
A very pleasant stage between mountain pastures and forests, crossing a superb succession of lakes and peaks. Passage through the Roberts lakes, the lake of pourettes and many wetlands.
Stage :
From the refuge, you descend through pastures punctuated by ponds, streams and numerous lakes with crystal clear waters. The mountain welcomes in these magical places a local flock of nearly 1500 sheep. As far as the Roberts lakes, extends the uninterrupted and majestic row of peaks and lakes of Belledonne, where shepherds and hikers regularly meet. You enter a protected area, Natura 2000. The path crosses a characteristic sector with its sparse forest of cembro pines, a rare species of conifer, and mountain pines. After the Roberts lakes, you can easily reach the resort of Chamrousse by the Pourettes lake.
In Chamrousse, Olympic station, you will find a livelier life and you will be able to benefit from the animations and events of the moment.
