Production of flour and vegetables in organic farming
We produce cereals and seasonal vegetables according to the Organic Farming Charter.
We attach great importance to the rhythms of the seasons and to promoting the natural balance within our crops (grass strips, refuge areas for birds, mammals and insects, etc.).
We have also chosen to reduce the use of plastic and disposable materials on the farm to a minimum (no plastic mulching, use of natural materials for crop training, packaging, etc.). When we have to use them, we make sure to prolong their use as long as possible.
To meet these requirements, we develop tillage tools adapted to our operation, this also involves crop rotation.
