The animals are born, raised on the farm. They graze from March to November, all the food is produced on the farm conducted in sustainable agriculture.
The Blonde d'Aquitaine produces a fine, tender and low-fat meat, with a large proportion of noble cuts. This meat is cut and vacuum-packed at the Beaufort-sur-Doron slaughterhouse, a small structure on a human scale.
