In the heart of the Combe de Savoie in Saint-Pierre-d'Albigny at the foot of the Bauges and the Arclusaz, take a break in a spacious and quiet apartment, a real soft and colorful bubble in the middle of the vineyards.
The Atelier gîte is on the ground floor of Marine and Greg's house dating from 1703 and renovated since 2022.
Accommodation - The 70 m2 apartment with its garden area consists of:
- 2 comfortable bedrooms
- 2 beds of 140x190
A large kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher.
You will also find small household appliances: toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with compostable capsules, hand blender, fondue machine, raclette machine.
Marine's workshop overlooks the kitchen which is shared with the gîte, she uses it to wash her brushes and make tea so you may see her passing or working, but as discreetly as possible so as not to disturb you .
A living room with sofa, coffee table, office area and reading space.
Bathroom
- 1 bathroom with shower, vanity unit
- hygiene products provided (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc.).
- Independent toilet.
- A laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack, clothes pegs and laundry basket.
- A garden area with table, parasol and charcoal barbecue where you can organize great barbecues in a peaceful setting.
- Private and free parking in front of the house.
- Stay connected, Wifi is included.
- All you have to do is pack your bags, sheets and towels are included. And the beds are made when you arrive.
- Hygiene products and household products are provided, as well as consumables.
Access by travelers
The gîte is independent with 2 access points: front door opening onto the kitchen and Marine's workshop; living room door to access the garden.
Only the gîte's kitchen is shared because it provides access to the workshop. You may come across Marine in the kitchen if she comes to rinse her brushes or make tea, but she of course respects your peace and quiet.
The living room, bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and toilets are independent and accessible to you alone, and the door leading to this part is locked.
A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house.
If you arrive by bike, you can store your bikes in the cellar, which locks.
other remarks
You are in an artist's studio, so you can ask Marine for a tour if you are interested in her work, and even an introduction to calligraphy or color theory.
If you come in winter, Greg is a ski and snowboard instructor (Aloha ski-school) and can take you hiking just above the house or to the resort of your choice in Savoie.
