Grand Raid 73

The Grand Raid 73 is a classic event in the regional Trail calendar!

The 5 different events start from the village of Cruet, at the foot of the Marocaz pass.

The flagship race is the 74,5 km trail with an elevation gain of 5300 m. This route takes you through superb places like Lac de la Thuile, Col des Prés, Les Ailons, and Mont Colombier. If you want to share the effort, you can also opt for the relay format.

The Bauju is a great 50 km event with 3300 m of elevation gain.

The Petit Savoyard is a little shorter, 23 km with 1300 m of elevation gain, passing through the Lac de la Thuile and the Col du Marocaz.

For those who prefer shorter distances, there is the 10 km des Vignes, a fast course which winds through the vineyards around the village of Cruet (500 m altitude difference). Possibility of doing a walking route!
