The Fascinating Stroll

La Fascinante Balade is our Vino Vélo formula revisited for the Fascinant Week End 2023.

On an accessible course, you will be accompanied by a mountain bike instructor-guide labeled "Vineyard and Discoveries" and will discover more closely the specificities of the Combe de Savoie vineyard and particularly the Saint Germain estate in Saint Pierre d'Albigny. You will ride on the eastern slopes of the Bauges massif between Fréterive and Saint Jean de la Porte, along small roads, wine paths and pleasant paths. Finally, you will taste in a "guinguette" atmosphere a selection of Savoie wine made by Anne Laure of "Savoie Touch Wine". You will then be able to eat at the local market in Saint Pierre d'Albigny (salle de la Treille), not far from the town centre.

Program :

8:45 a.m.: meeting at the Saboïa Vélo base camp, in the former Jeu de Boules café "Chez Mantou"

Presentation and handling of bicycles for those who rent them.

9 a.m.: departure of the walk

10:45 a.m.: arrival of the walk

11 a.m.: tasting of 4 emblematic Savoie wines (2 Jacquère, 2 Mondeuse) carefully selected by Savoie Touch WIne

13 p.m.: end of "hostilities" and possible catering at the local market
