About us
In the heart of the vineyards of Les Marches, we are snail farmers, we breed and raise snails from April to September.
In the fall, we prepare all these little beasts in our approved workshop with quality ingredients: butter from the Beaufort cooperative, fresh garlic and shallots:
Snails in the shell or in croquilles à la bourguignonne
Snails in jars:
SHORT BOUILLONNÉ of different sizes to cook
SNAIL MOUSSE chopped snails with snail butter to toast for the aperitif
ESCAPERO small snails in a garlic sauce, to sting as an aperitif
ESCAPENADE snails and black olives chopped with snail butter to toast for the aperitif
