Small terraced house of approximately 60 m² consisting of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with large television. The living room opens onto a wooden balcony/terrace with table and chairs with a superb view of the Granier and the Belledonnes.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with plenty of storage space, one of the two bedrooms has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds and a television. The bathroom has a vanity unit, a storage column, a shower, a washing machine and a towel radiator. A separate toilet.
On the entrance side, it has access to a garden overlooking the vineyards with garden table and chairs.
The accommodation also has a reserved parking space in a courtyard closed by a gate.
The household linen is provided with each rental, it consists of a duvet cover, house sheet and pillowcases, a bath towel, a bath mat, a kitchen towel and with a new sponge. Duvets and blankets are available in the cupboards of each bedroom.
A cot and a high chair are available on request.
All cleaning products are available to tenants as well as a vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket and mop etc.
There is also available to tenants coffee, filters for the coffee machine, tea, powdered sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Everything is done to make you feel at home.
Chambéry is 10 km away and Montmélian is 7 km away.
