About us
The site of the Tours de Montmayeur is a medieval site on which the remains of a castle mound dating from the 20th century persist, still dominated by the North East tower rising more than XNUMXm above the ground.
In addition to the many remains, which have been excavated, dungeon, enclosures, aula (stately home), kitchen, church... the site of the Tours de Montmayeurs draws its strength from its strategic position dominating the whole of the Combe de Savoie, offering visitors a 360-degree panorama of Les Bauges, the Belledonne massif and the Chartreuse. This exceptional site will delight young and old alike with its setting and its magic.
To take full advantage of the visit, first go to the "school of archeology", in the center of the plateau where there are 5 school tables.
From there, you will be sent on a mission to 5 areas of the site for 5 different excavation campaigns
Game for children from 7 to 14 years old.
