Cellar-museum located in the middle of the vineyards dedicated to the glory of winegrowers. Collection of vine and wine tools and utensils from the XNUMXth century to the present day, retracing the evolution of techniques from vine planting to wine making.
In the heart of the AOC "APREMONT", you will discover the unique museum cellar, where more than 5 centuries of wine traditions will be told to you. Traditional, often unusual, sometimes rare (dean tractor of 1918 designed in 150 copies for the world!), even unique ("square" barrel, cooper's madness!), the old tools of our ancestors still have secrets to reveal to us around white, red and rosé wines from the family estate, produced on the oldest vines of Savoie in organic conversion: an unexpected echo since thus, the techniques of yesterday shape the agriculture of tomorrow...
