This foray into the land of the Chartreux monks offers the spectacle of monumental and unspoiled nature, with emerald green forests, leaping torrents and steep white cliffs. From Saint-Pierre-d'Entremont, you will have to cross several passes which are linked through the massif. Your two main challenges: the Col du Cucheron, which will take you to Saint-Pierre de Chartreuse, and the Col de Porte, a beautiful climb in the shade of the fir trees before the long descent to Grenoble!
