Anne, the winemaker will first present to you the characteristics that define the Savoie vineyard. Then, she will take you to the study collection plot. This collection brings together selections of the 5 identity grape varieties observed and analyzed for the purposes of improving plant material. You will continue the visit by discovering the old Savoyard grape varieties still produced in the vineyard such as Persian and Velteliner. The last step will be to show you the unique conservatory in the region which lists forgotten grape varieties. These grape varieties are the memory of the Savoyard wine heritage.
