This database also supplies the websites of other tourism institutions such as www.savoie-mont-blanc.com, www.chartreuse-tourisme.com. The tourist office manages more than 2000 files in the Coeur de Savoie region. More than 67 unique visitors browse the pages of our website.
- Pamphlets: This database also allows us to publish brochures on demand based on customer requests. Brochure printed, or sent in PDF form to customers.
The Tourist Office also publishes the newspaper "Favorite in the Heart of Savoie" in order to offer a range of activities, ideas for walks and entertainment, once the customer is there.
- Marketing tools: Online marketing of a region's tourism offering is an essential key to success, whether for an activity provider or a host. the success of platforms like Airbnb or that of Gîtes de France Savoie are examples of this.

- Press : In partnership with the Savoie Mont-Blanc Agency, the Regional Natural Parks of the Massifs des Bauges and Chartreuse, or the Interprofessional Committee of Savoie Wines, we organize written press receptions, bloggers etc. This activity allows us to give visibility to our territory and our service providers. We also carry out communication actions with the local press (Le Dauphiné, Radio France, Savoic News, etc.)
- Networking: Network animations. Connecting tourism providers is essential, mutual knowledge is essential in order to make the customer experience more manageable, more flexible and more efficient.

- Training workshops: The Coeur de Savoie Tourist Office organizes training or awareness workshops. Group work, or individual online training on customer practices, online marketing, creating an offer.
- Labeling: The Tourist Office also allows you to interrogate lables such as Vineyards & Discoveries or the Accueil Vélo label. Labeling makes it possible to put service providers in a network, and to set up quality improvement processes.

Statute of the Cœur de Savoie Tourist and Leisure Office
The tourist office is an EPIC (public establishment of an industrial and commercial nature). It is chaired by Jean-François DUC and made up of a Management Committee of 21 full members. He is in charge of promotion and reception in the Coeur de Savoie territory made up of 41 municipalities.
