Barouchat Lake is renowned for its trout (fario, rainbow, tiger and aguabonita). Take care: it is not uncommon to try trout weighing 3 to 4 kg, so take this into account when choosing your leader and when fitting. Depending on the season, anglers can use a variety of techniques, such as fly fishing or lure fishing.
At the end of the day, leave with the freshly caught trout, and organize a barbecue. A Dogfish or a Jacquère will go perfectly with your catch of the day. This outdoor dining experience will be the icing on the cake of a successful day of fishing.
